Shoppers can change quantities, swap variants, replace items, or cancel orders directly on the confirmation page — no support tickets needed. You control the editing window by setting fixed minutes or keeping it open until fulfilment begins. Every customer edit becomes a native Shopify order edit, keeping your fulfilment, payments, analytics and other apps perfectly in sync. Changes to order totals and inventory happen automatically in your system. For edits you'd rather review first, like address corrections or contact details, customers submit change requests that go straight to your merchant review queue in the app. You approve or decline these before they take effect.
