About the Breadcrumbs & Category Tree

This app helps you organize your Shopify collections into a proper category tree that both customers and Google can understand. Instead of the basic Home > Collection > Product structure, you can arrange collections up to ten levels deep using a simple drag-and-drop interface. The breadcrumb navigation automatically appears on every page, showing the complete path through your category tree. You get ten different breadcrumb styles to choose from, with live preview so you can see exactly how they'll look. Desktop and mobile behavior can be set separately for the best experience on each device. Under each collection, the app adds a subcategory grid to help shoppers explore related categories. Breadcrumbs can either follow your catalog structure or track the shopper's actual browsing path through your store. JSON-LD structured data is included, which helps Google display your category paths in search results. Everything works without coding or theme modifications—just set up your category tree once and the app handles the rest.
