About the Case Breaker
Case Breaker automatically manages your inventory when single-unit products run low while box stock remains available. The app connects each single-unit product to one or more box sizes and tracks how many units each box contains.
When an in-store POS sale drops your single-unit stock to your chosen threshold, Case Breaker removes units from a box and adds them to single-unit inventory. You can set boxes to open at zero stock or when stock goes below zero. A single product can connect to multiple box sizes for flexible inventory management.
The app also handles refunds intelligently. When enabled, it can pack leftover singles back into a box when refunds restock items. Every box opening and repack action appears in an activity list for easy review and tracking.
Perfect for merchants who sell products both as singles and in cases, Case Breaker prevents stockouts of individual units while you still have boxed inventory on hand.
