About the BOBBI: AI Shopping Assistant
BOBBI turns your Shopify store into a conversational storefront with an AI shopping assistant that works like an in-store expert. Customers chat about what they need, tap simple choices, and quickly find the right product from your catalog.
Unlike typical chat widgets, BOBBI keeps matching products visible while answering product questions. It helps shoppers choose confidently and sends every buyer to your Shopify checkout. The assistant runs beside your existing theme, so you control how much traffic it receives through the BOBBI Portal.
Your store data stays secure with EU hosting and read-only access. BOBBI makes product discovery easier for customers while maintaining your complete Shopify workflow.
