About the Binly ‑ Stocktake & Reorder
Binly replaces Stocky with complete inventory management for Shopify merchants. Import your saved Stocky CSV exports including suppliers, purchase order history, receive dates and costs to keep your records intact.
Count stock using your phone—no barcode scanner hardware needed. Create and receive purchase orders with partial receiving support. Print barcode labels through your browser or export to Dymo printers, and generate EAN-13 codes for new products.
The reorder system calculates recommendations based on actual sales velocity and real supplier lead times, showing you exactly when to order. Track inventory costs with weighted-average costing and landed cost calculations. Late invoice flags alert you when invoices arrive after month-end.
Month-end close generates inventory valuation reports and COGS journal entries ready to import into QuickBooks or Xero. The built-in AI assistant answers questions using your own store data. Binly gives you professional stocktake tools, purchase order management, and accounting integration in one app.
