About the Bindery VAT Invoices

Bindery VAT Invoices creates EU and UK VAT invoices that comply with Article 226 requirements and survive tax audits. Unlike most invoice apps that show VAT as one blended number, this app breaks out the taxable amount, rate, and VAT amount for each rate separately—exactly as the law requires. The app automatically classifies every sale as domestic, intra-Community, or export, then prints the correct exemption notices. It handles tax-inclusive amounts properly and maintains gapless invoice numbering, with credit notes running their own sequence. You'll get warnings before printing any document that could fail an audit. Bindery is completely read-only and cannot change anything in your store. It generates compliant VAT invoices and packing slips that meet legal standards for reduced rate and standard rate transactions across EU and UK markets.
