About the BI: AI Search & Answers
AI search bar and product finder that lets shoppers ask questions in natural language like "cap under $100" or "what's in stock" and get matching products with AI-powered answers. The app pulls information from your catalog and knowledge base—upload PDFs, DOCX files, CSVs, or URLs for size charts, shipping policies, and return FAQs. AI answers recommend 1-3 products and stream above search results. Shoppers can add to cart directly from product cards and refine searches with conversational follow-up chips. Features include synonym support, pin and hide rules, tone guardrails, style editor, and multilingual capabilities. The insights dashboard tracks top searches, zero-result queries, clicks, carts, and orders. One-toggle setup with no theme edits required and clean uninstall.
