BestTrack helps you handle "Where is my order?" questions by giving customers a branded tracking page on your store domain. Instead of opening tickets or requesting refunds, shoppers can check their order status themselves using their tracking number.
The app syncs 300 orders per month free and creates a self-serve tracking experience. While customers check their packages, they see product recommendations and reorder links—turning tracking visits into sales opportunities.
Delivery emails keep customers updated automatically. The dashboard and CSV export let you review tracking records quickly. Custom checkpoints fill gaps when carriers miss scans, and location masking hides sensitive shipping details—useful for dropshipping and cross-border stores.
