COD Shield

COD Shield helps Cash on Delivery stores prevent fake orders and failed deliveries by hiding the COD payment option at checkout for blacklisted customers. The app checks phone numbers and emails against your blacklist of customers who repeatedly refused or returned COD orders. When a blacklisted phone number or email is detected, the Cash on Delivery option is automatically hidden at checkout. The app checks contact phone, shipping address phone, and email to catch repeat offenders. Genuine customers can still complete their purchase using online payment methods, so real buyers are never blocked. The verification runs directly inside Shopify checkout with no delays. Manage your blacklist easily with one-click on/off controls and customer lookup features right from the app page.
