BatchTrack helps you manage perishable inventory by tracking expiration dates, lot numbers, and batch quantities for any product or variant. Stop losing money to dead stock that looks fine until it suddenly becomes worthless.
Add expiration dates and lot numbers to products, with support for multiple batches per item, each stored separately with its own date and quantity. The dashboard automatically sorts batches using FEFO (first expired, first out) and includes convenient 7, 30, and 90-day filters plus an expired view.
Set custom thresholds and receive email alerts before stock expires, giving you time to act. Lot records help trace units during recalls, adding an essential layer of control to your inventory management.
