Batchready Production Tracker helps merchants who produce goods in batches track production runs with batch numbers and expiry dates. Perfect for food, cosmetics, candles, soap, coffee, and spices businesses.
Create batches with custom batch numbers and best-before dates. The app automatically deducts materials from your stock when you create each batch. Link orders to their production batches, and the batch number gets added directly to orders in Shopify.
Print batch labels with QR codes or barcodes in 16 different label sizes. Scan labels at your production bench to record which batch went into each order. If quality issues arise, quickly identify affected orders with recall records and trace any order back to its original batch.
Customers can look up their batch information on a published page. Generate printable batch certificates for compliance and quality assurance.
