About the Backstock: Purchase Orders
Backstock manages the purchasing side of your retail store directly in Shopify admin. Create purchase orders from your product catalog, mark them as ordered, and receive full or partial deliveries—received units automatically update inventory at your chosen location. Store supplier information including contacts, lead times, and payment terms all in one place. Set reorder points for each product variant and location, then generate draft purchase orders organized by supplier. Conduct stocktakes using manual entry or barcode scanning, review variances before applying changes to inventory. Import your supplier data and purchase order history via CSV, including exports from Stocky. No spreadsheets needed—handle ordering from suppliers, receiving deliveries, and counting stock within your Shopify store.
