About the B2B Rebate Manager
This app helps wholesale and B2B merchants manage customer rebates directly inside Shopify instead of using spreadsheets. Record signed rebate agreements with version control, select which companies, locations or customers each agreement covers, and test terms on real examples before going live. Each period you can calculate rebates, review exceptions, close the books, and generate detailed statements showing the orders behind every figure. Supports four rebate types: flat rate, retrospective tier, incremental tier, and bonus. Statements display tier bands, rounding details, and order evidence. Export evidence packs as ZIP files with checksum manifests for disputed periods. The app is read-only to your store and never moves money or changes orders.
