Aqua Loyalty automatically rewards customers with points on every paid order, making it easy to build repeat business without manual tracking. Customers can redeem their points for discount codes, gift cards, or custom rewards you define. The app includes VIP tiers to recognize your best shoppers and referral programs that encourage customers to bring in new business for bonus points. When orders are refunded, points are automatically reversed in proportion to the refund amount, keeping your loyalty program accurate. Merchants can manage everything directly inside Shopify, including point-of-sale redemptions with a built-in POS tile for staff.
