Alfred Purchase Orders helps you manage inventory from forecasting through receiving. The app uses sales data and inventory levels to forecast demand and predict stockout dates based on sales velocity and inbound units.
Generate purchase orders automatically with calculated reorder quantities based on forecasted demand, budget, and open-to-buy. Track product performance using ABC-XYZ analysis, sell-through rates, and GMROI metrics. Send POs directly to suppliers via email or export them, with support for landed costs and credit memos.
Receive inventory against purchase orders in full or partial quantities, or use barcode scanning for faster processing. Run stocktakes, make inventory adjustments, and transfer stock between locations. Configure automated low-stock alerts and reorder point notifications to stay on top of inventory levels.
