Alfred Purchase Orders & Stock is a purpose-built replacement for Stocky, helping you manage inventory with real sales velocity forecasting and projected stockout dates. Create purchase orders based on demand, min/max levels, or manual quantities, then email or export them to suppliers. The app includes supplier management with costs, lead times, MOQs and pack sizes. Run scoped stocktakes for specific products, product sets, or whole locations, with the ability to review uncounted items before zeroing. Receive stock by barcode or manually, process stock transfers and rebalancing across locations, and set up low stock alerts. You can also migrate your Stocky data via API and manage credit memos for complete inventory control.
