About the AddressCleanup Validator
AddressCleanup Validator brings address autocomplete and deliverability verification to your Shopify Plus checkout. As customers type their delivery address, the app suggests real addresses and automatically fills in street, postcode, and city details when selected.
Before orders are placed, it checks if addresses are deliverable and can either warn customers or block undeliverable addresses based on your preferred strictness settings. This helps cut the cost of failed deliveries significantly.
The app works in countries you enable, with strong Nordic support. It features a fail-open design, meaning if the address service is slow or unreachable, customers are never blocked from completing their purchase. Address validation happens directly in native checkout fields for a seamless experience.
