The app handles order cancellations and address changes from AcrossB, keeping your store updated in real-time. Fulfillment services are available from Korea, the United States, and Japan using global carriers for international shipping. This cross-border fulfillment solution requires an AcrossB service agreement. Shipping fees and fulfillment costs are billed directly by AcrossB, not through the app.
