Collect customer information that checkout doesn't capture by adding custom fields to customer account profiles. Build profile forms using text, dropdown, multi-choice, date, number, phone, and checkbox fields, then add them to customer account pages in just a few clicks. Customers can view and edit their own details directly in their account, keeping their information up to date. Every answer is automatically saved as a customer metafield, ready to use in segments, personalization, and Shopify Flow. The form builder includes a native block for new customer accounts, displayed inline or in an edit modal. Drafts remain hidden until you're ready to publish, and the dashboard tracks form views and submissions so you can monitor engagement.
