4IB CRM Partner Service

This app connects your Shopify store to suppliers running the 4IB CRM Partner Service platform. The supplier provides your API key, and their product feed automatically syncs to your store with your own markup applied. Daily catalog sync keeps your products fresh and priced correctly. Stock levels refresh hourly, so your listings stay accurate and you never sell items the supplier no longer has. Products dropped from the supplier feed are automatically archived instead of remaining on sale. You maintain full control over orders—nothing is sent to the supplier until you request fulfillment. Once you approve an order, the app hands it to the supplier and automatically writes tracking numbers back to Shopify as fulfillments. This keeps your order management simple while your supplier handles the shipping logistics.
