Customize the WhatsApp button appearance with different icons, shapes, sizes, and colors to match your store design. Position it in any corner and choose which devices display it. A greeting bubble with your photo can appear after a set delay to encourage shoppers to reach out.
The app supports multiple team members who can take turns answering customer messages through automatic rotation. Set your opening hours to show an out-of-hours message when closed, or hide the button completely until you're available again. The greeting bubble can be dismissed by visitors if they prefer.
