StatementClerk automates account statements for your B2B wholesale customers who buy on payment terms. The app reads your Shopify B2B orders and payments, then builds and emails a complete statement of account for every company on your chosen schedule. Each statement includes opening balance, invoices, payments, open items, and 30/60/90 aging details in one branded PDF. Before sending, every statement is checked against Shopify data. If a check fails, the statement waits in a review queue with a clear explanation of the issue. Start with the review queue to ensure accuracy, then switch to autopilot once your cycle runs clean. You can also build statements for specific periods on demand. Customize each statement with your branding, payment instructions, and CC/BCC options. The app supports before-due nudges to remind customers of upcoming payments and offers one-click resend for convenience.
