ReorderInbox turns customer emails, texts, and screenshots into draft orders automatically. Wholesale customers send reorders however they want—an email, a texted photo, or a forwarded file. The app reads each message and matches every line against your real product catalog, creating a draft order only after you review and confirm it. Each line displays the customer's original words, the matched product, and a match confidence score. Uncertain lines get flagged instead of guessed, so you stay in control. When you make corrections, the app learns your customers' shorthand and improves over time. The original message stays attached to every order as evidence. Simply paste an email or text and get a reviewed draft order in seconds. Screenshot parsing reads photos of written order lists, matching only your actual catalog without inventing SKUs.
