This app automatically alerts your POS staff when VIP customers, high-risk shoppers, or members with expiring memberships join a sale. A success, warning, or critical toast pops up on the POS home screen the instant a matching customer is detected—before staff even open their profile.
Rules run on customer tags, purchase history, name, email, and metafields, including recurring dates like birthdays or membership expiry. No code or backend setup required. Tap the alert tile to see every matching rule ranked by severity, and view the same notices on customer profile screens. You can even ask Shopify Sidekick to help set up your rules and check their activity in plain language.
