Payout Close helps you reconcile Shopify Payments payouts, charges, refunds, and transfers in one convenient admin view. The app separates preview-only payouts from paid, exportable payouts so you can focus on completed transactions. It highlights pending transactions that aren't yet linked to a payout, making it easier to track your payment activity. Export clean payout-close files including summary.json, payout-rollup.csv, and pending-transactions.csv for your accounting workflows. Review both deposit and withdrawal payouts in a single workflow. This app requires Shopify Payments and is designed for merchants who need organized payout data for accounting review and reconciliation.
