The assistant reads your live product catalog to give shoppers accurate answers based on what you actually sell—no canned responses to write or maintain. Setup works through a simple conversation instead of complicated forms. When you install Norle, it asks about your store, preferred tone, and how to handle questions it can't answer. The assistant then configures itself to match your needs, and you can adjust settings anytime. Every chat conversation is automatically saved to your Shopify admin for review. You can customize the widget's colors, greeting message, and shape to match your storefront design. Before going live, test the AI assistant directly from your admin to make sure it responds the way you want.
