Order Guard helps you stop shipping to customers who refused parcels before. When you ship cash on delivery, every refused delivery costs you outbound shipping, return shipping, and handling fees. Your goods come back weeks later, creating unnecessary losses. This app keeps a record of failed deliveries so the next order from the same customer arrives with a warning instead of a surprise. Every order gets scored before you ship, with clear reasons explained in plain words. Failed deliveries are recorded automatically from your courier or scanned when parcels return to your warehouse. Courier problems stay separate and never count against customers. Customers can respond to any record, and while a response is open, the record doesn't apply. You can join a shared network of stores delivering to your countries - it's opt-in and reversible. Track how much you lose to returned parcels and see which delivery areas fail most often.
