When aggressive discounts or bundles push margins too low, this app blocks unprofitable orders before you lose money. Set your minimum margin threshold and MarginLock checks each variant in real time using a native checkout validation function. Any cart that falls below your floor is stopped at checkout with a clear message to the customer. You can also run it in monitor-only mode to track margin issues without blocking orders. The app includes a per-variant table showing cost data and live margin calculations on every line, making it easy to see which products are at risk. You control how items with no cost data are handled. No theme code required—MarginLock works through native Shopify functions to keep your profits safe.
