Acerca de Invoice Hold
Invoice Hold reserves inventory when you send draft invoices to customers, preventing those units from selling twice on your storefront. Shopify doesn't hold stock for draft orders by default, but this app automatically reserves line items when invoices are sent and releases them back if unpaid at expiry.
Set expiry dates for each hold with default durations of 24, 72, or 168 hours, or customize the date and time for individual invoices. Perfect for quotes, wholesale orders, and net terms arrangements where you need guaranteed inventory availability.
Track all holds with clear status indicators showing Held, Paid, Expired, or Error states, plus quantity and time remaining. Release holds early when needed, and toggle auto-hold on or off. You still create draft orders in Shopify Admin as usual—Invoice Hold simply ensures promised units stay reserved until payment or expiry.
