Acerca de Handcount ‑ Stock accuracy
Create a stock count in Shopify admin, pick your location, and get a shareable browser link. Send it to warehouse staff, temporary help, or anyone counting inventory — no app installation or Shopify account needed. Multiple people can count the same location simultaneously, with each scan appearing in real-time with the counter's name beside it.
The system works offline and syncs every scan when signal returns. Use Bluetooth scanners without setup, or scan with your phone camera. The count table highlights stock that disagrees with Shopify, making discrepancies easy to spot. Nothing writes to inventory until you apply changes, and any update can be reversed.
Limit counts by vendor or product type for focused accuracy. Stock that moved during counting is reported separately, not overwritten. Every count exports to CSV for your records.
