FairReturns helps online stores comply with EU withdrawal requirements that became mandatory on June 19, 2026. The app adds a withdrawal button to every page of your theme without any coding needed. Customers can submit withdrawal requests without logging in and receive automatic confirmation emails as required by law. All withdrawal requests appear in one organized list with timestamps and CSV export options. You can convert any withdrawal into a return with a single click. The self-service portal lets customers select items and choose between refunds, store credit, or exchanges based on your rules. You approve requests and process refunds directly through Shopify. Customize the withdrawal button, forms, and emails to match your store by clicking any text to edit it.
