About the EUDR Records Manager

EUDR Records Manager helps you prepare for EUDR enforcement starting December 30, 2026 for large and medium businesses, and June 30, 2027 for micro and small operations. The app maintains a supplier and commodity-lot registry with DDS reference numbers linked to your products. Weekly gap reviews automatically flag missing supplier, country, commodity, or due-diligence fields so you can address compliance issues early. SHA-256 hashed document packs ensure every export traces back to source records. CSV imports run as atomic transactions—one bad row blocks the entire batch to prevent partial data writes. A complete audit trail logs every change to suppliers, lots, documents, and exports. This is an execution tool for tracking harvest country data and due-diligence references; it does not handle TRACES integration, regulatory filings, or legal-status determinations.
