Do The Proof automatically handles chargeback disputes by pulling order data from your Shopify store and drafting responses matched to the exact dispute reason from the bank. When a customer disputes a payment, the app collects your order details, customer information, fulfillment records, and tracking data as evidence. It then creates a ready-to-review response that you can edit and approve before submission. For Shopify Payments disputes, you paste the approved draft into Shopify's dispute form.
