Acerca de Did It Arrive: Mark Delivered

Did It Arrive helps you track undelivered orders from local couriers, own van deliveries, and hand deliveries that Shopify can't automatically mark as delivered. The app sends a simple email asking customers if their parcel arrived. When they reply "Yes," the order is automatically marked as delivered in Shopify and triggers your store's usual delivery confirmation email. If customers select "Not yet," the order appears on your Overdue list along with their note so you can follow up. Perfect for untracked orders that would otherwise sit in transit forever. You control which shipping methods get the question and how many days to wait before asking. The email uses your store's branding with your logo and sender details. For tracked carriers, the app only asks if parcels still show as not delivered by your deadline. Nothing sends until you switch it on. The app only accesses orders and fulfilments, no customer fields, and all data is deleted 30 days after uninstall.
