About the CreditOps
CreditOps adds essential operations to Shopify's native store credit system. The app lets you set automatic expiry policies with reminder emails so customers know when their credit is about to run out. You can offer refund bonuses to encourage customers to choose store credit over cash refunds, with optional caps to control costs.
Get accounting-grade liability reports including expiry aging, breakage forecasts, and periodic account movement to understand your real store credit obligations. Bulk-issue credit to hundreds of customers at once using CSV uploads instead of manual entry.
Everything works directly with Shopify's native store credit accounts, so there's no separate wallet system to manage and nothing to migrate or reconcile. You get the balance ledger from native store credit plus the operational tools merchants actually need to manage it properly.
