Acerca de Collective Payment Guard
Collective Payment Guard helps suppliers protect themselves from fulfilling Collective orders before retailer payment is confirmed. The app monitors incoming supplier orders and automatically applies fulfillment holds when payment is due. Once payment status is verified, it releases only the holds it created. The dashboard displays payment status, protection status, payment terms, and event history for complete visibility. Manual hold overrides are detected and flagged so orders requiring attention don't slip through. Email alerts notify your team when protected orders stay pending or need review, keeping everyone informed without constant manual checking.
