About the COA Vault
COA Vault helps you turn lab Certificates of Analysis into batch verification that shoppers can see right on your product pages. Simply email a COA to your dedicated address or upload a PDF—AI automatically extracts the lab name, lot number, dates, pass/fail status, and analytes, showing a confidence score for each field. Review the parsed data, attach it to a Shopify product, and publish. Shoppers see a storefront badge where they can view the full certificate or scan a QR code to verify their exact batch. The app includes custom extraction fields, a review queue with live preview, and a cited-COA lookup tool so support assistants can verify any batch on request. No shopper data is collected.
