Cloud Call PK matches every inbound and outbound call to your Shopify customers by phone number in real time. The moment a customer calls, your team instantly sees their name, email, order count, total spent, and latest orders on screen - no more asking "what's your order number?"
After each call, the app can automatically write back to Shopify with a CSAT tag, feedback note, and call-log entry on the customer record. You control everything with simple on/off toggles.
