About the ChangeMyOrder

ChangeMyOrder lets customers request order edits directly from your storefront using their order number and email. Customers can submit changes for shipping address, product or variant replacement, contact details, or order cancellation requests without lengthy support conversations. All order change requests appear in your admin review queue where you can approve or reject each one with full context before any changes are made. The app includes request tracking, status visibility, and audit history to keep everything organized. Add the request entry point to any storefront page using Theme App Extension blocks. Built-in safety features include cutoffs, order status checks, and duplicate protection to prevent risky edits. Customers stay informed through status tracking and branded notification emails throughout the process.
