Approved customers get access to a self-service portal where they can invite colleagues, manage their team members, and view company details without contacting support. The app includes order approval routing that holds orders for review before checkout is completed.
Merchants maintain full control over customer memberships, team roles, and approval workflows. All transactional emails are customizable using HTML templates with preview and test send options. The app also provides analytics and CSV export functionality for tracking B2B account activity.
