Instead of generic responses, the chat widget looks up live product information including titles, variants, and current stock availability. Shoppers can ask about products and get accurate answers based on your actual inventory. The assistant also lets customers check their order status independently after verifying their contact information matches the order details. You control exactly what the AI uses by selecting which collections, products, images, and videos to include in its knowledge base. Customize how the assistant speaks to match your brand voice.
