Switch Labs connects your Shopify store directly to Relay CRM, making customer and order management simple. The app syncs your store data into the CRM automatically, so your sales team always has up-to-date information. After a quick one-click OAuth install, the app performs a complete historical import of your existing customers and orders. It then continues syncing new data in real time through webhooks. Contacts are automatically matched and deduplicated by email address, with orders attached to the correct CRM contact records. The app is completely read-only and won't modify your store or theme. You can track import progress, view detailed logs, and monitor any errors or retries through the built-in status dashboard. Basic field mapping ensures your customer data flows smoothly into Relay CRM with proper contact matching.
