Zencrypt is an AI customer support agent built for Shopify stores. It handles customer chats and completes tasks like issuing refunds, processing returns, cancelling orders, updating shipping addresses, and applying discount codes. The AI agent also looks up live order tracking for customers. Every action runs through your Shopify admin. By default, nothing executes until you approve it. You can set auto-refund limits or choose to approve every refund manually. The AI cancels unfulfilled orders with automatic payment refunds, starts Shopify returns on fulfilled orders, and corrects shipping addresses before orders ship. It also creates single-use discount codes for customer retention. Customers reach your store through a chat widget on your storefront. Any conversation can be handed off to a person at any point, giving you full control over customer support interactions.
