Über Rechnora ‑ E‑Rechnung & DATEV

Rechnora handles the complete e-invoicing process for Shopify stores. Every B2B order automatically generates a compliant XRechnung (UBL or CII) or ZUGFeRD PDF/A-3 in EN 16931 format. Each invoice is validated against official KoSIT Schematron rules before sending, with a verification report included. Refunds become credit notes, edited orders trigger cancellations and corrected reissues. The app supports small business exemptions, reverse charge, and multiple tax rates. All invoices are stored in a GoBD-compliant archive with unalterable XML originals, gap-free numbering, and 8-year retention per § 147 AO. For accountants, Rechnora exports DATEV booking batches (EXTF format) including attachments. Government customers can add Leitweg-ID routing information for public sector invoicing requirements.
