Über Voltpass: Battery Passport
Voltpass helps you create EU battery passports for every battery you sell, meeting the mandatory requirements from February 18, 2027 for e-bike, e-scooter, EV and industrial batteries. Enter your battery model details once using Annex XIII declarations, then import serial numbers via CSV. Each unit automatically gets its own passport page with QR code, GS1 Digital Link and JSON-LD data. Print QR labels as A4 sheets, roll PDFs, or Zebra ZPL formats. Manage restricted data access requests from repairers and recyclers with approval workflows and time-limited links. All access is logged for audit purposes. Passport pages display in 8 languages and include GPSR recall notices. The app offers a REST API with webhooks, storefront badge, and flat monthly pricing.
