About the Vault: Secure Backups
Vault is a backup app that protects your Shopify store with smart, granular restore capabilities. Unlike basic backups that overwrite everything, Vault lets you restore exactly what you need — select any backup, choose specific resource types, and pick individual rows to restore without affecting other data.
The app includes a Timeline view showing your store's complete change history with detailed diffs for each resource: see what was added, modified, or deleted at any point in time. Coverage includes products, collections, pages, blog posts, redirects, metaobjects, themes, discount codes, locations, shipping zones, and markets right out of the box. Customers and orders are available as opt-in resources.
Set up flexible backup schedules and configure retention policies to match your needs. With point-in-time restore for any product, theme, or page, you can safely rollback changes whenever necessary.
