Toolbench helps stores where multiple people edit products, orders and checkout settings. The app logs every change with the old value, making it easy to spot when a discount changes from 10% to 100% or a collection gets emptied by accident. Track price changes, SEO title edits, and collection rule updates with complete change history. Monitor order address edits and customer email or consent changes to keep accurate records.
Catalog Health identifies products missing images, alt text, categories or cost data, plus duplicate SKUs. Broken Link Redirects catches 404 errors after products are renamed or deleted. Set checkout rules like hiding cash on delivery for large orders, or rename and reorder shipping options. Choose which location ships each item and get low stock alerts. Leave internal notes on orders and see which staff members had a product or order open. Turn on only the tools you need, and each tool requests access only when activated. You control how long customer data is stored.
