TagPilot automatically adds and removes product tags based on your custom rules, saving you time and keeping your catalog organized. Combine up to 17 criteria including price, inventory levels, sales data, dates, vendor, status, and SKU using AND/OR logic to create precise tagging conditions.
The app runs in two modes: live execution when products or orders change, plus hourly re-evaluation for time-based rules like promotions, product age, and recent sales performance. Set up unlimited rules to manage your product tags without manual work.
The Pro plan includes automatic tag removal when conditions are no longer met and maintains 90 days of execution history so you can track all tagging activity.
