About the StoreShare

StoreShare creates a custom vendor portal where your vendors can view their real-time orders and sales data without needing spreadsheets. Merchants get full control over which vendors access the portal, which products appear in reports, and what information is visible to each vendor. Vendors log in using their email and a magic link—no passwords required. The dashboard shows current order and sales stats instantly, replacing manual tracking with consistent, up-to-date reporting. You can generate PDF and CSV statements for any time period, and preview mode lets you see exactly what each vendor sees before granting access.
