About the Storeloop: Order Editing
Storeloop lets customers edit their own orders after checkout, reducing manual order changes for merchants. Shoppers can update shipping address, contact details, quantities, delivery method, or cancel for a refund directly from the thank-you and order status pages. Merchants set the edit window and control what's editable on every order.
The app includes post-checkout upsells that let customers add more products to their order, increasing AOV. These upsell offers appear on thank-you, order status, and one-click pages. Every customer change applies directly to the real Shopify order.
Features include self-service order editing for shipping and contact information, quantity changes, delivery method switching, cancellation with refund, branded PDF receipts, and analytics tracking support time saved and upsell revenue generated.
