Recesso Digitale EU adds the digital withdrawal button required by EU regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 54-bis Consumer Code). Customers can exercise their right of withdrawal online without needing an account—just enter order number and email, select products, and submit. They receive automatic email confirmation with a tracking code and can check request status anytime.
